Registration

• New student portal for the 2024-2025 school year is available now by clicking here.
• Registration for new and returning students for the 2025-2026 school year will open at 9 a.m. on April 1, 2025.
  • Returning student registration for the 2025-2026 will close on April 30th, 2025 at 9 p.m. 
    • Returning student applications must be submitted and approved to count as completed.
• Seat assignments are first come first serve.
• Schedules and teacher assignments will not be released until your student's registration is submitted and approved for the fall.

Parents / guardians will be able to complete the registration application in the respective portal:

Returning Students:

• Families will receive a SnapCode in the mail, and through ParentSquare with the code/link to log in and complete the registration application.
  • Returning student registration portal:
    • Opens on April 1st at 9 am
    • Closes April 30th at 9 pm

New Students:

• Families will need to have an account with the Enrollment Portal.
• If you have older students, you will use the same family account.

• Students enrolling in PreK must have:
  • Requested a screening,
  • Attended the screening appointment,
  • Received the placement letter with registration code.

• New students enrolling in K-12, no code is required.
  • Kindergarten students must be 5 by September 1st.
    • Cutoff birthday for the 2025-2026 school year is September 1st, 2020.
    • If the child is born after September 1st and the parent/guardian feels their child is an advanced learner, the parent/guardian can request that their child be screened for early entrance to Kindergarten. Early Entrance to Kindergarten is appropriate only for those students who demonstrate compelling evidence that they are both intellectually and socially advanced.

Early Entrance Assessment:

• The form will be available on the district website from March 1, 2025 through May 15, 2025 for parents/guardians to request a screening.
  • Early Entrance for Kindergarten and Early Childhood screenings are different, make sure you complete the correct one.
• All requests are due by May 15th, with no exceptions after the deadline.
• Once the form is complete, parents/guardians will need to provide a copy of their ID, proof of residency, and a copy of their child’s birth certificate prior to the screening appointment.
  • All required documents must be sent to Angela Gomez, not the registration department.

Documents required for all new students, students with an address change, and students required to show proof of residency are:

One of the following:

• Property tax statement
• Signed and dated lease
• Warranty deed
• Military housing
• Section 8 letter

and one of the following:

• Water/sewer
• Trash
• Electric
• Gas

Additional Registration Required Documents:

• When a student is registering in District 100, a parent/guardian must provide proof of identity and age by providing the original or certified copy of birth certificate (which will be copied, and the original will be returned)
