Registration

• Registration for new and returning students for the 2025-2026 school year is open now. 
  • Student applications must be submitted and approved to count as completed.
• Seat assignments are first come first serve.
• Schedules and teacher assignments will not be released until your student's registration is submitted and approved for the fall.

Parents / guardians will be able to complete the registration application in the respective portal:

Returning Students:

• Families of students who are not yet registered, will receive a SnapCode through ParentSquare with the code/link to log in and complete the registration application on July 1st
  • Returning student registration portal:
    • Reopens on July 1st.

New Students:

• Families will need to have an account with the Enrollment Portal.
• If you have older students, you will use the same family account.

• Students enrolling in PreK must have:
  • Requested a screening,
  • Attended the screening appointment,
  • Received the placement letter with registration code.

• New students enrolling in K-12, no code is required.
  • Kindergarten students must be 5 by September 1st.
    • Cutoff birthday for the 2025-2026 school year is September 1st, 2020.

Documents required for all new students, students with an address change, and students required to show proof of residency are:

One of the following:

• Property tax statement
• Signed and dated lease
• Warranty deed
• Military housing
• Section 8 letter

and one of the following:

• Water/sewer
• Trash
• Electric
• Gas

Additional Registration Required Documents:

• When a student is registering in District 100, a parent/guardian must provide proof of identity and age by providing the original or certified copy of birth certificate (which will be copied, and the original will be returned)
